Welcome to the Strange: Weekly Weird News

Hey hey Strangers, here is a roundup of weird news I’ve found this week.

KFC more like KFR.

A California man made waves on Facebook after posting a photo of an oddly shaped cutlet that he claims to have received in a three-piece meal from a Los Angeles KFC on Friday. As of Thursday afternoon, the image had been shared more than 121,000 times. I like my rat extra crispy.

Meet Matilda The Alien Cat.

Matilda, a 2-year-old cat who was rescued from a hoarding situation as a kitten, has enormous glassy eyes that give her an otherworldly appearance. Just after Matilda’s first birthday, she began to experience an eye issue where one pupil would dilate nearly to the size of the entire eye, then return to normal. Matilda was diagnosed with spontaneous lens luxation, meaning that the lens in her eye had detached. Her left eye soon became affected as well. They are still unsure as to why this made her eyes grow, her vet believes it has something to do with her collagen structure.

Pizza Hut Hot Dog Bites Pizza

Pizza Hut’s new Hot Dog Bites Pizza has got my mouth watering. It transforms the edge of the crust into dough-covered hot dog nuggets with French’s Mustard dipping sauce. Punkpal will hate this dipping sauce and will substitute it for ranch or bbq.

Raccoon Riding a Gator in Ocala.

This is the best raccoon team up since Rocket & Groot! No, your eyes are not deceiving you. This is indeed a raccoon standing atop an alligator. Richard Jones of Palatka, Florida, told WFTV that he and his family had been walking along the Ocklawaha River in Ocala National Forest over the weekend when he captured this extraordinary photograph.

So that was Weird, STAY STRANGE!
